Our children live in a high pressure, hurry-up world of busy parents, school schedules, competitive sports and constant media advertising. Yoga can help children learn skills and strategies to navigate through life's challenges with a little more ease, as they engage with a variety of techniques for relaxation, self-health and inner fulfillment.

The main focus at Kids Yoga Club is FUN!
Yoga at an early age encourages self-acceptance and body awareness with a physical activity that is non competitive. Fostering cooperation, compassion, empathy and resilience; yoga shares invaluable life-tools to support and nourish our children through life.
Each term explores a new theme and each yoga class teaches children how to explore the breath, balance, flexibility, strength, co-ordination and body alignment. Children also practice strategies for developing teamwork, trust, respect, friendship and gratitude. Lessons are taught with age appropriate teaching techniques such as story, song, rhythm, games and visualisation.
