Cherie has been a massage therapist for over 35 years and loves anything to do with health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing to Cherie is about living in an healthy environment, fostering loving relationships, nurturing and caring for ourselves by exercising, eating well and taking peaceful time to recharge. It's an awareness of self - a tuning in.
In 2000 Cherie had a back injury and started doing Yoga. It has helped her so much! In 2017 she went to Nepal and did her Yoga teacher training.
"We constantly need to maintain strength and flexibility uniting mind and body. As we age we want to remain free and independent. It is never to late to start Yoga."
Cherie is a Personal Trainer, she teaches Aqua aerobics and she has a Diploma in Counselling. Her true desire is to help others achieve health and happiness. Cherie is thrilled to be part of the YogaHealth team and hopes to inspire and motivate you ... see you smiling in class!
